Flores de Mayo photo contest–

Of the hundreds who joined the “Flores de Mayo sa MOA 2011 Photo Contest,” Jon Erick Dizon, who came all the way from Olongapo City, truly captured the beauty of the Filipina and received the top prize of P50,000. All the best entries were showcased at the photo exhibit held recently at the Mall of Asia. Winning entries were also recognized during the awarding ceremonies attended by Shery Tismal, customer business executive of Unilever Philippines; Iris Sy, key customer executive of Unilever Philippines; and Marilen Buning of SM Mall of

Asia Marketing. Contest judges included Wig Tysmans, a well-known portrait and commercial photographer and Stef Juan, managing editor of Metro Society who also awarded the top photographers.

Other winners were Victrixia Montes (second place), Brigido Alcayde (third place), and Gilbert Gutierrez who received a Special MOA prize.
